Partner with Africa, Build the Future
Since 2026, the African continent has witnessed a dual boom in mineral exploitation and municipal construction, driving an explosive surge in demand for concrete. High-efficiency and reliable concrete batching plants have become an essential necessity across the African market. Boasting strong adaptability, consistent quality and comprehensive after-sales services, concrete mixing equipment manufactured by Truseen Machinery has once again emerged as the top choice for local clients. A typical example is the self-loading concrete mixers we recently shipped to Nigeria.
Africa’s infrastructure has long been underdeveloped. In 2026, numerous African countries have prioritized infrastructure development as the core of economic recovery, pushing forward a wide range of projects including highway upgrading, port expansion, new airport construction, water conservancy works and industrial park development. Endowed with abundant mineral resources, Africa holds world-leading reserves of strategic resources such as gold and copper, and its mining industry has entered a peak period of operation and production. As one of the regions with the fastest urbanization growth worldwide, Africa is facing a severe housing shortage. Countries including Nigeria, Kenya and Ethiopia have launched large-scale projects for affordable housing and commercial residences, which has directly boosted the demand for small and medium-sized concrete batching plants.
Most parts of Africa feature high temperatures, heavy dust and rudimentary job sites, so equipment must be specially reinforced for such conditions. Tropical-purpose models equipped with heat-resistant electrical components, anti-corrosion coatings and full-machine dustproof seals are recommended first. Core components including main mixers and sensors need to operate stably at temperatures above 40℃. For mining, road construction and other projects requiring frequent relocation, mobile concrete batching plants are the preferred option to cut dismantling and transportation costs. Infrastructure projects across Africa are mostly small and medium-sized. Popular models include HZS25/35 for small civil works, HZS60 for municipal and residential construction, HZS90 for mining and road projects, and HZS120 for large-scale port and power station projects. When selecting equipment, calculate the actual output based on 80% to 85% of the theoretical capacity and watch out for inflated parameters. Twin-shaft compulsory mixers fitted with wear-resistant liners and blades are highly recommended. They can adapt to variable quality of local aggregates and ensure stable concrete proportioning. Given Africa’s weak local industrial foundation, after-sales service and spare parts supply directly affect equipment availability. It is advisable to choose suppliers with extensive industry experience, sufficient spare parts inventory and the capability to send professional technicians to sites for installation guidance.
