      Recently, the complete dry mix mortar production line manufactured by Truseen Machinery has finished container loading and officially set sail for Bintulu, Malaysia. It will help local building material enterprises upgrade their automated mortar production capacity and support the development of local infrastructure and construction market.

       As an important industrial city in Malaysia, Bintulu witnesses continuous progress in residential development and industrial plant construction, leading to growing demand for pre mixed dry mortar products such as masonry mortar, plastering mortar, tile adhesive and putty powder. After multiple rounds of communication on technical solutions, the customer finally selected our complete dry mix mortar production line solution to build a local modern dry mix mortar processing plant. It will replace the traditional on site mixing mode and improve the stability of finished mortar products as well as production efficiency.

      The complete production line for this export consists of raw material silos, bucket elevator, automatic batching and weighing system, twin shaft gravity free main mixer, finished product silo, valve bag packing equipment, dust removal system and full set electric control system. It supports flexible switching among various formulas for stable production of both general purpose building mortar and special type mortar products. Complete machine commissioning and performance inspection were finished before equipment delivery. Components are packed with moisture proof and rust proof measures. Container loading, fastening and reinforcement procedures are strictly controlled throughout the whole process to guarantee safety during ocean going transportation.
