JS1000B Concrete Mixer

JS1000B Concrete Mixer is twin shaft horizontal forced type mixer worked with belt conveyor. It discharges one cube materials every time also known as the one-cube concrete mixer. It can mix dry hard concrete,  plastic concrete, flowing concrete and various mortar.

It can work independently or in HZS60 concrete batching plant with PLD1600 batching machine.

1. 1. Adopted with three pumps system. Its hydraulic circuit is in mutual non-interference during system operation.
2. With remote control function make its operation can be more safety and convenient.
3. With anti-pumping function make its concrete conveying pump can timely do troubleshooting and shutdown to wait for material discharging.
4. Applied with long stroke can extend material cylinder and piston service life.
5. Automatically and centralized lubrication system can guarantee efficient lubrication during machine operation.
6. All the spare parts of concrete conveying pump adopted are in accordance with national standard and with good interchangeability.
