Ladder Type Tile Adhesive Plant

The ladder type tile adhesive manufacturing plant send the materials to material bin, weighing, and then bulk store etc in turn by conveying equipment. This layout has low investment, low plant height, and easy installation and maintenance.

The raw mateiral silos and product silos of ladder type production line are arranged around the mixer, which can reduce conveying distance.

1. The raw materials are sent to the buffer bin above the mixing building by the elevator, and fall into the weighing scale below it for batching.
2. The powdery raw materials (such as cement, thickened powder, etc.) are conveyed by the screw conveyor to the weighing scale above the mixer for measurement.
3. After the previous batch finished, the materials on weighting scales fall into the mixer to mix.
4. After mixing, the product fall into product surge bin, and then sent to product truck, bag package or product bin via material distributor.

Advantage: Compared with the tower dry mortar production line, it has small investment, compact structure and easy maintenance. It is the most cost-effective dry mortar mixing plant at present.
